Women in Music 3

Third time lucky! Kinesis finally accepted this drawing for their Women in Music edition. (Personally, I always thought it was the weakest of the three. I wondered at the time – and still do – if the first two were rejected because they were too sexualized in a  politically unacceptable way back then. ie: one wore stiletto boots and the other wore a short skirt with a low cut neckline).

The original for this has been lost. It was unpaid work but I did get to attend an Animal Slaves performance with Connie who was doing music reviews for Kinesis.
