What's on TV?

This is from a road trip to San Fransisco in 1978 or so, taken in Mill Valley at what I first thought was a closed art gallery but now I think it was just one of those delightfully wacky art installations that spring up from time to time in an abandoned building. Wouldn't it be wonderful if it was still there!
