What Our Dog Ate

We had a black lab called George when I was a kid. Labs like their chow and George certainly lived for his. Despite a shall we say 'sedentary' lifestyle, George the Not-So-Hunting dog lived until he was about 13.
There are different versions regarding how he ate mom's glove. The one undisputed version is that it came out a different colour.
