Trash Rabbit

These were based on a photo one of my Faithful Readers took in Porto, Portugal. The city had a wonderful array of street art, the best of which was a spectacular two story 'rabbit' made entirely from trash, on the outside of a building. I wanted to paint my own 'trash rabbit' from this, which turned out to be much harder than anticipated. I made four attempts but trying to duplicate the original in all its intricate detail was beyond my skills. Maybe "Expressionist Trash Rabbit" might be a better title. As often happens, the first one done (#2 here) is my favorite.
