How to Check in With the Oncologist

OK, this isn't quite artwork, but  it's a layout done in Corel so it's sort of arty. Is writing humor art?  
I went through cancer treatment 20 years ago which meant a lot of trips to the cancer agency and a lot of interaction with nurses. The best humor is that which is based on real life.
