We got another one, Sarge

During Expo 86, in an effort to squeeze as much money out of fairgoers as possible,  the executive decreed that one could not bring one's own food onto the grounds. The public was outraged at this crass display of greed and reacted accordingly. I can't remember if the Expo honchos reversed their rule or not. I sent this in to the Sun just for fun and they ran it!
