Farewell to Paris

2013, Paris, outside the Hotel Splendide. Someone put this whimsical little note outside their ground floor window (a private apartment block was next to the hotel) We were waiting for our taxi to the airport when I snapped the photo. I was never sure if they were wishing the tourists a good trip home or if it had a deeper meaning about life in general.
