Scarf Design

Years ago one of my Faithful Readers taught me to paint silk scarves. It's quite the production, involving making a frame, drawing the design on the stretched silk fabric and then painting it with the appropriate inks. I've lost all the materials (AND the scarves, which were given away or wound up who knows where) This is a draft for one of the designs I did. Because a scarf is long and narrow, the design here was turned and repeated so the animal intertwined with itself in the middle.
