Ice Cream for Dogs

I snapped this photo on a side street in Kirkwall. For such a small town, there were an unusual number of pet stores and specialty items catering to dogs. The Scots love their dogs!
This dear old lady was carefully loading up her moto cart to go home. The details of people's lives fascinate me – in this case her shoes. Sturdy and non-slip but still with a wee touch of whimsy.
