Safety First!

2017 This was taken on a highway somewhere outside Hoi An, Vietnam. The concept of road safety in Vietnam is hilariously ignored. People ride on staggeringly overloaded vehicles, entire families cling to fenders and helmets, if worn at all, are cheap plastic. Oddly enough, we never saw a single accident. Our bus passed this busy fellow, triple tasking at high speed.
