Ride the Monorail

There was some sort of incident at Expo 86 regarding the monorail – I think it stalled and people got stranded for several hours.  Nobody was seriously hurt, but it inspired a cartoon, which, emboldened by two previous cartoons that the Vancouver Sun had run, prompted me to send this one in AND ask for payment. They never responded, never ran it, and that was the end of any of my work appearing in the newspaper.
