Out of Line

I did a number of editorial cartoons for Out of Line which was a left-wing newspaper that published around 1986. I can't find any information or reference online to Out of Line, it seems to have disappeared entirely which is a shame because sometimes it had some good writing.
This cartoon went with an article criticizing Bill C-49, a bill that was introduced in Parliament to make soliciting to sell sex a criminal offense. You could stand around on the street but you couldn't make any sort of gesture that might be interpreted as solicitation. I've lost or given away almost all of the Out of Line drawings, the one below was a preliminary idea. The one below that was what got published. At bottom is the author of the piece, at a house party.
