This was a freelance job for a publication I can't remember – perhaps my old art director might recognize this as it looks like something he might have requested. I don't recall what was going on politically at the time; it was something involving Brian Mulroney and Kim Campbell. I'm assuming Campbell was promoting policies that didn't favour Canadian over American interests. Whatever the issue was, I think Danielle Smith in Alberta might be a good substitute for Campbell here.
