Jonas

This was circa 1977, on the steps of 610 Jervis Street. Jonas was lovers with another one of my friends who lived in that block. (We had a veritable colony of gay boys for a while there. Gay boys and me.) He was from Hong Kong and eventually had to return when his student visa ran out.  I believe his family didn't know he was gay and I never learned what became of him. I hope he had a good life. He was the most fabulous dancer!
