Are You Really Sick?

It's called "Employment Insurance" now but back in the 80s it was "Unemployment Insurance".  I guess somebody figured that made it sound more dignified. The rules were the same, however, and if you got sick or hurt, you practically had to be dead before they'd approve your claim. Herizons accepted this cartoon and it ran in the issue pictured below.
