2 Women in Fantastic Outfits

Windsor Newton and Daniel Smith water colour paint, India ink with calligraphy pen. One is done on cheap paper, one on heavy water colour paper with very heavy texture. What's the difference with the paints? Daniel Smith goes on a little richer, seems more 'lush'. Both are good! (But use the better paper)
